The photos that came after
Twenty-four hours after the switch, at 10:08, the sentinel went off on its own to fetch what had been uploaded to the origin while the DNS was propagating: 478 files, three more properties. Eighteen seconds, exit code zero, nobody at the screen. And a flaw of my own, found while reading yesterday's log.

Thirty-one seconds, and the site was live
At 10:05 the DNS flipped. The sentinel noticed on its own and did everything: final sync, the real domain, the certificate, the firewall, the automations. Twenty-four checks, all green. And one log line that, for thirty seconds, made me believe the opposite.

The House That Works While I Sleep
An inventory of what's standing right now, seen through its flows rather than its machines: what runs on its own, what passes through where, and how much muscle lies underneath. Plus a whole day spent building a mirror in Milan for a site that still lives in Ireland, with three mistakes of my own that produced a new directive.
