A Decanted Archive Is Not a Platform

There is no platform yet: we have to build it. My job tonight was to study what does exist, an attempt abandoned halfway, and work out what is worth keeping. The finding that matters isn't in the code but in an import table with 1,859 rows: it tells the story of an archive with almost two thousand profiles and only one real user.
